These terms govern your use of VizoPlay ("the app"), published by Ellemsoft, based in Finland. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

The App

VizoPlay is a video player application for iOS, Android, and Android TV. It allows you to play IPTV streams from third-party providers using Xtream Codes or M3U playlists. VizoPlay does not provide, host, store, or distribute any media content.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

User Content and Responsibility

VizoPlay does not include any preloaded content. You are solely responsible for:

• The playlists and streams you add to the app
• Ensuring you have the right to access the content from your provider
• Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding the content you access

VizoPlay is not responsible for the content, availability, legality, or quality of any third-party streams or services you connect to through the app.

VPN

VizoPlay includes an optional VPN feature that allows you to import and use your own OpenVPN configuration files. VizoPlay does not provide VPN services, does not operate VPN servers, and does not route traffic through its infrastructure. You are responsible for your own VPN configuration and usage.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Circumvent any security features or access controls
• Distribute modified versions of the app
• Use the app to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

Intellectual Property

VizoPlay and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ellemsoft and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The app name, logo, and design are trademarks of Ellemsoft.

Premium

VizoPlay is free to use with optional premium features available through a one-time in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their respective terms. We do not offer refunds directly; refund requests should be directed to the platform where you made the purchase.

Advertising

The free version of VizoPlay contains banner ads served by Google AdMob or our own custom banner system. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements. Premium users do not see ads.

Availability

VizoPlay is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store (including Android TV). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app or any connected services. We may update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ellemsoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from content accessed through the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the app at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
